Our Process

"Each one of our pieces is a one-of-a-kind work of art"
Charcuterie boards
At a local sawmill, I choose logs and have the sawyer cut them one-inch thick,
on an angle. The pieces are dried for 4 months, using fans before being sanded
to 220 grit.
Several coats of hempseed oil are applied. Each board is then treated with 2 coats of our own hempseed oil/beeswax paste.
We package a complimentary tin of our board paste with every board.
Grazing Boards
I purchase kiln-dried, planed, live-edged boards from sawmills, and I sand them to 220 grit.
I then treat them with several coats of hempseed oil and end with 2 coats of our hempseed oil/beeswax paste, a tin of which comes with each purchase.
Table
I purchase kiln-dried, planed, live-edged boards from sawmills for custom orders, and I sand them to 220 grit.
I then finish them with 2 coats of an eco-friendly hard wax/oil product.
After assembly, they are ready for pick-up or delivery.
